Currently, only the count for "animals not available" are visible under highlights for folks that are signed in (screenshot 6.14).  Screenshot 7.50 depicts what a visitor sees.

I am requesting that

a) the animals on hold (count) be made available

b) the above be visible to visitors, not just people signed in to the system
