An option should be added under the animal Privacy Settings to disable the display of Adoption Journal Entries on the Kennel Card. In addition to showing that the animal was previously adopted (and logically therefore returned) which can raise unnecessary questions, it also displays the name of the previous adopter, which is a pretty big privacy issue.
