Currently animals are not removed from the "Recent Updates" section when either changed to  Deleted status or when removed permanently from RGO. This has led to at least one of our users being very confused when getting an "ID is not valid." message when clicking on the link in that section (the animal had a duplicate record, so one of them was deleted).

It should absolutely be removed when the record is purged from RGO as it can serve no purpose at that point, and it would be nice if it was removed when it was actually changed to Deleted status to avoid confusion.
