To view the history of change of an animal, a user currently needs Animal Admin privileges. This is much too high a requirement to use this feature. Organizations should be able to allow users to see the history of change without giving them access to change field settings. Please change this to only require Animal Add, or a new Animal History privilege.

Interestingly, the documentation used to specify that only Animal Add was needed, so I'm not sure if this is as intended or a bug (see this ticket).
