It would be useful if the option yes/no to Create a Contact record when an Online form is submitted, could be selected for an individual form rather than a Global setting only. If someone fills out a Volunteer application we'd like to save their contact information - but if someone fills out a pre-visit interest form for a pet, we don't necessarily want to save that as they may never actually follow up with a visit.
