I'm currently using the v2 API to export submitted form answers to csv, which involves parsing the answers data from a dictionary into column data. The format of the answers also means that I can only filter data once it has been exported/parsed. As far as I can tell, there is no way to filter forms in the request based on answers data. There is also a significant lag in performance when including the answers data in API requests, vs. only requesting metadata fields (submitted date, submitted by, etc).

Same functionality would also be useful in the front end with custom reporting.
