We need a User Role for Online Form submissions that can only VIEW online forms and not edit any details I have tried with all the various User Roles that RG has and none of them fit the bill. This would be for our Caseworkers who are assigned to help approved adopters match up with an available dog.

we also need a User Role that only lets someone see the forms they are assigned
