I am requesting a small enhancement to your software. When status changes occur on submitted online forms it would be great if the Contact received notification of the change either by email or text. Since both of those data items are available in your records and related to the field of Contact, this should be a relatively easy enhancement. Additionally, you could include the option to send notifications or not to Contact, a yes/no question on the same page as comments/status changes.
