Currently only a site admin permission level can delete an intake or outcome once it is added to the system. However, there can be situations where an organization does not want to give someone entire site permissions just to be able to remove a mistakenly added intake or outcome to the system, especially when outcomes are commonly entered with adoptions and mistakes are quite common. This level of permission to delete these 2 items seems better to fit under the animal admin level, not the site admin level.
