Only show footer on portal partners, not in toolkit (on our site)

      Only show the animal footer info on listings from the portal (pet search sites), not on our toolkit listings (which are on our website).

      The reason is that I want a link to our website's adoption info and adoption applications on the partner sites, but I don't need it on our site since they are already on our site.
