Currently if the user clicks the link to open an Online Form, answers the questions, then clicks the Submit button multiple times, multiple copies of the same Online Form will be submitted. Prevent user from submitting multiple applications at all times if that option for an Online Form is enabled.

This issue can happen when:

Allow multiple submissions by one user? = No
and
Display all questions on one page = Yes
