Is there a way for us to send an entire file to an adopter? Rather than downloading records and attaching to an email in an outside program, would there be a way to create an html file of a dog's RG records and share that link with an adopter?

We would LOVE to be able to send out a standard adoption email to adopter’s through RescueGroups and have the ability to pick the documents that are attached to the animal’s profile that we want to be included in the email. Currently we have to download each document (we attach any vet records for the animal to their profile) and then open an email program and attach them to the email.

Additional suggestion would be to allow adopters to login and retrieve the documents themselves.
