Our submitted forms are showing garbled text when an applicant uses an apostrophe. Example follows:
"There are quite a few dogs who may suit me. I’m trying to not get my heart settled on any one specifically until we meet. There’s something about looking into a dog’s eyes and knowing you’ve met your match."

The same issue with apostrophes occurs in descriptions of dogs I import using a .CSV file. 

This is possibly an encoding error where UTF 8 encoding is being interpreted as ISO8859-1 so an apostrophe becomes ’.

I was told by Support that this is the same issue referenced in CMTY-356.
