I was just turned on to the fact that Google will be removing some "non-mobile-friendly sites" from their search results. "Please ensure your websites meet the basic standards for "mobile-friendliness" by April 21, 2015! Google will begin downgrading "non-friendly" sites in its search results, resulting in less traffic. Since Google is one of the first places potential adopters visit when searching for a pet (and the majority are searching on various mobile devices), this update will be extremely helpful. Luckily, Google has free online tools to verify your sites meet the requirements.
